OUR STAFF

Our experienced staff is composed of six management and clerical personnel. Our management group consists of the President, Engineer, General Superintendent, Shop Foreman, Estimators and Bookkeeper.

John L. Barrie is the President and meets on a weekly basis with our management group to stay in close touch with the status of work. He also is in the field personally on a daily basis to follow up on project quality and customer satisfaction.

Ray Reinhard is our “in house” Florida Professional Engineer and Sales Manager. He is also a State Certified Glazier. Ray received his Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Central Florida in 1988, is a member of the SBCCI, and is responsible for verification of material specifications and code compliance.

Dan Beard is our General Superintendent and is also a State Certified Glazier. Dan has been with H.B.S., Inc. since 1991. He is extremely knowledgeable in all phases of glazing, window and door installations, including storefront applications. He is respected by the men he supervises and works extremely well with our customers and their clients.

Bill Sastram is our Chief Project Estimator. He is proficient with all window and door products and their applications. Bill has extensive field experience as a carpenter and a glazier. Bill has more than 20 years experience as an estimator and product specialist.
